At the same time, it's often necessary to retain the general style of your corporate culture, even when you're in a distant location such as southern Italy. In practical terms, much depends on the size of your group.

The time necessary to plan a conference depends, to a great extent, on the size of your group, but it's always best to contact us as early as possible, usually 10-14 months in advance. For a smaller group (fewer than 30 participants) 8-10 months may be sufficient. Please consider that in Sicily August is a very busy (and hot) vacation month, while January and February find some hotels closed. Spring and Autumn are generally the best times to host a conference here.
